Elephants are vital to our ecosystem. Yet the population of elephants is steadily dwindling, by almost 8 per cent every year.   We must step up efforts to manage and protect our biodiversity, including the African elephant.

Call for Proposals

The additionally funding of 500.000€ granted to AEF by Germany has made the new round of proposals possible for Range States.

Initial submissions were offered on July 21, 2015 till close of day August 21, 2015. However, due to increased requests from our partners and Range States we are pleased to announce that we shall be extending the opening for more proposals for a longer period of time.

We invite all interested Range States to submit their project proposals by end of day on September 11, 2015.

Let us work to secure the future for our African elephants.

Appel à soumissions de propositions de projets

Le financement de plus de 500.000 € accordés au FEA par l'Allemagne a rendu possible le lancement d'appel à soumissions de projets pour les Etats de l'aire de répartition.

Des soumissions initiales ont été reçu entre le 21 Juillet et le 21 Août 2015. Toutefois, en raison de l'augmentation des demandes de nos partenaires et des Etats Membres du FEA, nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que nous prolongeons l'appel à soumission pour une période plus longue.

Nous invitons tous les États intéressés à soumettre leurs propositions de projets au plus tard le 11 Septembre 2015.
